Non-squamous Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer
CI to immunotherapy
CI to antiangiogenics

Patients with radiographic evidence of
cavitary or necrotic tumours
,
centrally located tumours with
radiographic evidence (CT or MRI) of
local invasion of major blood
vessels
,
•
Recent history of clinically significant
haemoptysis
or a major
thrombotic
or
clinically relevant major
bleeding
event
•
Significant
cardiovascular diseases

History of
autoimmune disease
including
but not limited to myasthenia gravis,
myositis, autoimmune hepatitis, systemic
lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis,
inflammatory bowel disease, vascular
thrombosis associated with
antiphospholipid syndrome, Wegener’s
granulomatosis, Sjögren’s syndrome,
Guillain-Barré syndrome, multiple sclerosis,
vasculitis or glomerulonephritis
•
Patients with prior allogeneic bone marrow
transplantation
or prior solid organ
transplantation
•
History of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
(including
pneumonitis
),
•
Treatment with
systemic corticosteroids
or
other systemic
immunosuppressive
medications
