Ariel 2: Refinement of prespecified cutoff for genomic LOH
Prespecified cutoff of ≥14% for LOH

analysis of microarray and survival data from TCGA.
Planned post-hoc analysis identified a refined LOH
cutoff (16%) that provides further discrimination of
PFS, RR and duration of response.
The NGS-based HRD assay is being prospectively
tested in Phase 3 study Ariel 3.
