Fulvestrant equivalente a las distintas opciones en pacientes previamente tratadas

Fulvestrant monoterapia en1ªL :
•
⌂ PFS(HR 0,7) frente anastrozol en CMM sin HT previa
•
Pacientes sin enfermedad visceral, RE y RP+ y sin QT previa.
•
Perfil seguridad
•
Fulvestrant combinación Inhibidores CDKs( palbociclib / abemaciclib) en recaída precoz
adyuvante

Mayor toxicidad
